Re: ProchargedMopar's Indicator Plays.

6mo, 3mo, 1mo, and weekly SnP
He does not mention the wow trade short on the Monthly chart after price consolidated
Away or the pcp trades that he took on the way up while the agressive TL was forming.

Re: Supply Demand, MOMO and Pointy Places

AHA,
Followed by a result that creates a NEW belief which in turn creates NEW habits.

Re: Pro's musing's from M.O.

Adding' is simply the thing that you do prior to moving your stop loss to normalize risk. If trading is placing and trailing stops then when would you add? The moment you are comfortable with a stop that is closer to the current price. For a short time you can move price from 2+ day extremes to say ...

Re: Pro's musing's from M.O.

All that you need is a 2+ day extreme and for price to close over 'something' on a small chart Don't break it up, read it as one sentence  Did you stop at 'yes you can' and not read the rest of the post? Lets start over again... Bodies show the way, wicks show not the way. Stops at 2+ day e...

Re: Pro's musing's from M.O.

As for wanting to trade part time... I have a strategy that I call the 'Macro Rat' & it works like this: You have two rats, a 'micro rat' and a 'macro rat'. Your micro rat scalps small charts risking 1% over 10 pips & your macro rat 'scalps' large charts risking 2% over 10.0 pips (10.0 = 100...

Re: Pro's musing's from M.O.

MO, in this long term chart, where price is crashing like the dollar a week after 911, can I go long? Yes, yes you can, yes you can! All that you need is a 2+ day extreme and for price to close over 'something' on a small chart and you are legitimately long. But ask yourself where you would pl...

Re: Pro's musing's from M.O.

Now I know what you are thinking, "I will just move my stop to break even and avoid the loss". We placed a limit sell order because we needed to cover our cost. We don't place a stop at break even because profit is our need; if we wanted to break even then we'd trade a demo account. What y...

Re: Pro's musing's from M.O.

"Do I just go short and ride the long term chart to a target"? The target has no period attached to it, it is simply when my account reaches the next 'waypoint' ($1000 ---> $1500 --->$2250) At each waypoint space is reset and it becomes 'my money'. Without accumulating size I would have to...
